At Urban Edge Jackets, we believe the customer is always right. If there is ever a problem, we will do our best to fix it. Your feedback helps us keep our products and service at the highest quality. Our team is always ready to answer your questions and promises to reply quickly to all emails.

Exchange & Returns

All jackets are made after you order, so we can’t cancel or refund once production begins. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund, which will go back to your original payment method. Size-related returns may not get a full refund and return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.

We may ask for photos or measurements to help with your request. Used or damaged items can’t be returned, and shipping costs are not refunded. Orders can be canceled free within 48 hours.

Shipping Terms

We offer two shipping options Standard Shipping (15-20 working days) and Express Shipping for $10 (7-10 working days). We use trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx and DPEX choosing the best based on your location but it might take longer due to location, customs or other reasons.

Note: Shipments do not include freight insurance. Also, import duties, taxes, or local government charges are not included in the price. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.

Important Instructions

• Please check our size chart carefully and email us your size or any special changes you want.
• The color of the jacket you receive may be slightly different from the pictures because of lighting, camera, or screen differences.
• Urban Edge Jackets are not responsible if you choose the wrong size. Please know your measurements well before ordering.
